I always enjoy having the opportunity to add a new breed to my Pet Portfolio. I was thrilled to have Dude, a young Scotty, stop by the studio for a quick session!

Sam & JD

Sam & JD came by yesterday, along with their people, to have their first "official" photo session. Handsome little guys, aren't they?! We had fun with lots of toys (I secretly think "dad" enjoys the toys almost as much as the kitties...). I have to say that I believe they might just be the easiest cats I've ever photographed. Here's a peek from Same & JD's session...

Doggone it!!!

Happy New Year Everyone!!! Here's a good laugh to start off 2009. So, somebody forgot to take out the trash today before she left to shoot for 4-5 hours. Not a good thing when you have a pack of Dachshunds guarding the joint. When I got home & opened my front door, the image below is what greeted me.

Upon questioning, Gwen vehemently denied any knowledge of my trash-strewn kitchen. Given the evidence (see image) however, I'm afraid her alibi is questionable... I suppose the other dogs could have framed her...

We're Published this Month!

The article discusses the gifting of pets and why it isn't always advisable. It's an interesting, very informative read. I strongly encourage everyone to view the article AND share it with someone who's considering giving a pet as a gift!

Reid's Family Pets

I was asked to shoot little Reid's 1st birthday party this Saturday. We got lots of wonderful pictures of the little guy and his family (check out the CSP blog to see a sampling of those). Of course, I couldn't over look the family pets! These guys were hanging out at the party, too!
